This quick activity helps both children and grown-ups release tension and return to calm in just ten seconds — reconnecting body and breath for instant grounding.
How to do it:
Place one hand on your tummy and one on your heart. (Optional: close your eyes if that feels nice for you.)
Take a deep breath in through your nose, all the way down to your tummy — feel your tummy get bigger as you breathe in and smaller as you breathe out.
Breathe out through your mouth and relax your shoulders.
Repeat 5 times — or 10 times for even more magic. ✨
